Attention special production: After receipt of your order you will receive an e-mail with instructions regarding your appointment for the production of the ear impressions.
The delivery time is approx. 1 - 2 weeks after mouldings have been done, pick up at our store in Prenzlauerberg. There are no exchange options for custom-made products, however we pride
ourselves giving you the best possible fit. Please note: If ear wax build up has been a problem in the past or you suffer from blocked ears, please visit a professional doctor to unclog your
ears before coming in as this will ensure a smooth moulding and protect your ear drum. We reserve the right to refuse to take the moulding until we can ensure its safe for you.
